VSP provides calibration of temperature probes and temperature control equipment in a variety of food manufacture’s processing and cleaning equipment. Annual calibration of cooking and pasteurizing process equipment helps keep consistency of product.
Calibration services are completed at client’s site on processing equipment or in our calibration lab for portable equipment.
We provide annual and semi-annual calibration and testing of Pasteurizing equipment including:
- HTST and UHT pasteurizing systems
- Vat Pasteurizing systems
- Temperature probe/gauge calibration
- Pressure sensor/gauge calibration
- STLR and STFR setup
- Holding Tube timing tests
Calibration procedures of Dairy pasteurizing equipment are to CFIA’s published “Dairy Establishment Inspection Manual”.
